Dean Milton MNAEA
Dean began his career in 1986 with a local independent estate agency in Exeter. In 1997 he joined Nick Hall as an original team member of Halls Estate Agent and he has been instrumental in expanding the business as Hall and Scott to include lettings and block property management.
Nick Hall FNAEA
Nick started in estate agency in 1977 working in Berkshire for a family run firm gaining experience in Residential Sales, Lettings and New Homes. In 1988 he moved to Devon with his family having been re-located by Royal Life to be the Area Director for the Exeter area and then onto becoming Area Director with the Black Horse covering an area from Exeter to Paignton. In 1997 Nick and his wife started Halls Estate Agents in Ottery St Mary. They successfully built the company up to be one of the largest firms in the area. In 2003 they launched their lettings department and in 2006 Halls acquired Huxtables Estate Agency who successfully specialised in Block Property Management and Rentals.
Nicky Strange
Nicky joined in September 2015 as part of the West Hill office, after buying her house through Hall and Scott. Her role is now very varied as she works in the Ottery St Mary Office alongside Nick and Chris on the Land, Developments and New Homes. When she is not working with developers and clients she is part of the marketing team.
