Referral Fee
To help with the sale or purchase of your property, we work closely with a number of local firms who we know will offer either the buyer or seller a fantastic service, to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible. If you do decide to proceed with the services of one of the companies listed below we would like to make you aware that we will be receiving a referral fee, as below:
Ashfords – £216 inc. VAT *
Spencer Skuse & Potter – £180 inc. VAT *
There is no requirement to use these companies we have referred and any referral fees we receive are not an additional charge to the buyer or seller from the solicitor.
