Dean Milton MNAEA
Dean began his career in 1986 with a local independent estate agency in Exeter. In 1997 he joined Nick Hall as an original team member of Halls Estate Agent. He has been instrumental in expanding the business as Hall and Scott to include lettings, block property management and land and new homes.
Nick Hall FNAEA
Nick started in estate agency in 1977 and in 1997 Nick and his wife started Halls Estate Agents in Ottery St Mary. They successfully built the company up to be one of the largest firms in East Devon. In 2003 they launched their lettings department and in 2006 Halls acquired Huxtables Estate Agency who successfully specialised in Block Property Management and Rentals.
Nicky Strange
Nicky started on her journey in the Estate Agency following an enjoyable experience as a client of Hall and Scott back in 2015, while purchasing her own home. Beginning her career at the West Hill office before moving onto our Ottery St Mary branch. Nicky’s expertise extends across residential homes and new build properties, allowing her to adeptly navigate all aspects of the market. In addition, she plays a pivotal role in the marketing team.
Emily Hembury
Emily, an ex pupil of The Kings School was born and raised in Exmouth and began her career in the property industry in 2017. She joined a Corporate Estate Agent in their Lettings department after travelling for 3 months in New Zealand, Fiji and Australia. In June 2019 she then joined us here at Hall and Scott as a Sales Administrator.
Tina Blount
Tina has worked in lettings for 17 years and became the lettings manager at Hall and Scott in 2013. She specialises in the Honiton, Ottery St. Mary and Sidmouth areas of East Devon. Tina prides herself in having extensive local knowledge which ensures that a high quality service is provided.
