Our Residential Lettings team has a wealth of local knowledge from years of experience with the local rental market.
Tina Blount is our lettings specialist for Honiton and Ottery St. Mary Area, Jenny Walker is our lettings specialist for Exeter and Exmouth Area and Steve Opie for Sidmouth and Seaton Area ensuring that the whole of East Devon is totally covered.

Meet the team
Tina Blount
Tina has worked in lettings for 17 years and became the lettings manager at Hall and Scott in 2013. She specialises in the Honiton, Ottery St. Mary and Sidmouth areas of East Devon. Tina prides herself in having extensive local knowledge which ensures that a high quality service is provided.
Jenny Walker
Jenny started her career in estate agency originally working in Exmouth. Having lived in various parts of the country and gaining management experience from different industries, she has the expertise to deal with all aspects of the business. Being based in the Exmouth office, Jenny has a sound knowledge of the market and can advise on both the sale and acquisition of all types of property.
